NY Emergency Medicine is announcing the creation of a weekly visual diagnosis contest titled VizD.
The goal is to present an interesting or pathognomonic image from emergency medicine that can be diagnosed visually. Each image will have accompanying questions. The weekly winner receives $5 (some drinking money for the week...for coffee).

For an answer to be official, it must be posted in the comments section under a logged in name. You must have an email address in order to have the winnings mailed to you. Correct answers by anonymous users will not be accepted.Who can submit answers?
Anybody. However, you must have a valid email address. If selected as the winner, you will need to send an email to nyemergencymedicine@gmail.com to receive your $5.How is the winner selected?
The winner is randomly selected from all of the correct submissions. This allows all of those who submit to have a chance at winning.When is the deadline to submit an answer?
The corresponding Thursday at the end of the week at 11:59 pm EST.What does the winner receive?
The winner for the week will receive $5 - mailed to via USPS or through Paypal.What if there is no winner for the week?
If no correct answers are submitted, the $5 will accrue to the subsequent week's question - this pot will then be worth $10 and continue to grow each week until there is a winner.When will the answers be announced?
