1. Paraphimosis - the entrapment of a retracted foreskin that cannot be reduced
2. Squeeze the glans for 5 minutes to reduce swelling can lead to spontaneous reduction. If unsuccessful, local anesthesia and vertical incision of the constricting band is recommended
