1. What is the diagnosis?

Is it paraphimosis?

2. How do you treat this condition?

If it was paraphimosis then:
1) attempt manual reduction of the foreskin back over the glans;
2) if unsuccessful, possibly perform aspiration of the glans; or
3) perform a dorsal slit +/- curcumcision.

paraphimosis...The treatment of paraphimosis involves reducing the penile edema and restoring the prepuce to its original position

Paraphimosis
1. Manual reduction (may require reduction of sweling first)

2. Surgery (circumcision or slitting the foreskin)

a. Parahimosis b. Manipulation (if needed using a sedative) with or without lubrication to reduce the preputium, if unsuccessfull surgery (preputioplasty/circumsision) in the acute phase. If successfull consider surgery later.

Diagnosis: Paraphimosis

Treatment:
Reduction of edema through cold packs, compression, medication, and then manual reduction of the foreskin. If all else fails, circumcision is warranted.
