Clubbing of fingers.

Can indicate severe heart, lung or thyroid problems.

Clubbing! Can be associated with COPD, pulmonary hypertension, and subacute bacterial endocarditis.

Stage 4 Clubbing with "drumstick" appearance

3 causes:
Respiratory- Cystic Fibrosis
Cardiac- Cyanotic congenital heart disease
GI- Crohn's disease
