What is Wrong with that TM*?

1. A 14-year-old boy presents with fever and ear pain

2. A 24-year-old man with a recent URI now with acute onset ear pain and scant drainage

3. A 52-year-old man presents with progressive hearing loss and foul-smelling ear drainage
