Nice pictures....In order they are a hemmorhagic stroke, an epidural hematoma, a subarrachnoid hemmorhage, and a subdural hematoma.
The most wonderful thing in these cases is that your clinical exam will often allow you to predict what you will see on the CT before you see it....so the answers would be the same even if the pictures were not shown.
