An 89-year-old woman presents to your Emergency Department with a 3 day history of sharp waves of pain in her right upper quadrant that is associated with nausea, and decreased appetite. Her past medical history is significant for a hiatal hernia, hypertension, and diabetes. An ultrasound is performed as seen below.
